Ed Scrutchfield earned his real estate license in 1975. Ed is a native of the Kansas City area and has lived in Blue Springs for more than three decades. In the late '80s and early '90s, he developed and sold Ozark Hills, a 300 acre land development. Ed has been married to his high school sweetheart for 35 years. When he's not tending to his clients or flying as a licensed pilot, Ed can be found "flying" for trout (fly fishing) or sailing in his sailboat with his son.
